Position Description: The Cal Poly Women's Lacrosse Club A Team is looking for a head coach for the upcoming 2010-2011 season. Our team currently competes in the WWLL (Western Women's Lacrosse League) and has played in every WDIA National Championship tournament for 10 consecutive years. This past 2009-2010 season, the Mustangs placed 4th in the WWLL Playoffs and 2nd in the nation at the WDIA National Championship in Scottsdale, AZ. Since the Cal Poly team began, the Mustangs have won seven national titles and have played in nine championship games. We are looking for a new coach to take us back to the top!

Applicant must have experience as a lacrosse player or coach. Applicant must also possess coaching abilities that would enhance the lacrosse skills and capabilities of our team. The time commitment for this position consists of practices that begin in January (Monday-Friday). Games are mostly on the weekends in the winter and spring and include home and away games with travel throughout California. Salary: TBD depending on hire. Part-Time (5 mos.)
