3d Rising mentioned by shortstick in his piece about the Amador v DLS game have now published their list of the top ten teams in each of the states in the country through April 11. For California they listed North Calif and So Calif separately. Entitled" Rising State by State Rankings".The publication advises their rankings are based on more than a computer system ( read lax power) but include actual games seen, and communications with coaches and analysis of strength of schedule, head to head results and make up of rosters . North Cal includes both the North Coast Section and the smaller Central Coast Section of which both St Ignatius and Bellarmine belong. Here it is

NORTHERN CALIF

1. ST IGNATIUS PREP
2.SAN RAMON VALLEY
3. MONTE VISTA
4.GRANITE BAY
5. AMADOR VALLEY
6.DE lA SALLE
7 OAK RIDGE
8. MARIN CATHOLIC
9. ACALANES
10 BELLARMINE PREP

SOUTHERN CALIF

1. LA COSTA CANYON
2. TORREY PINES
3. POWAY
4. HARVARD WESTLAKE
5. LOYOLA -LOS ANGELES
6. CORONA DEL MAR
7. CORONADO
8. PALOS VERDES
9. SAN CLEMENTE
10 FOOTHILL-SANTA ANA

Think that list is pretty accurate and better than the computer only rankings for sure.
The link below discusses these listings and in several other states as well through April 11. There are also colored photos from each region including a nice action picture from the SI v SRV game for the Nor Cal listing. Any thoughts anyone ??
