I've updated the game-by-game records of some top JV squads through May 3rd. This information may be useful for voting in this week's poll. Results can be seen here. I found so many teams to be very close that I needed to check recent head-to-head results to come up with a ranking. Even so, this was the most difficult vote yet. Fortunately, we're coming up on the end of the season!

Overall records for these teams are:

Acalanes (9-4)
Amador Valley (9-4)
Bellarmine College Prep (11-1-1)
De La Salle (10-0)
Foothill (9-5)
Granite Bay (14-0)
Miramonte (5-7)
Monte Vista (11-6-1)
Saint Ignatius (9-1)
San Ramon Valley (11-4)

Caution: There may be other fine JV squads whose records I don't know.

Very difficult to assess records for this poll since some teams have played as many as 18 games, while others only 10! Perhaps it's time to join a "legitimate" league where the number of games played in a season is somewhat guaranteed and the athletes feel that they have had a full season of great competition.
