Prediction: Amador Valley's picked it up in the last portion of the season, but man, the Mustangs are on a stampede. Monte Vista by 5 to make it an all EBAL final four.

Mustangs were knocked out of the playoffs by Amador last year. That is something that they are thinking about today and will be thinking about tomorrow. They know Amadors weapons well. MV by 6.

If Amador wins, it will still be an all EBAL final four

Only if the other three top seeds win, which is what I predicted elsewhere.

I've been pulling information off of LaxPower and the NCS tournament pages to try to keep people informed, and trying to write stimulating and sometimes provocative posts to generate some discussion -- about 70 since the tournament started. So how about cuttin' me a little slack, Jack?

Monte Vista 9-4. Hard fought game from start to end. MV scored one or two more goals per quarter than Amador and just pulled away. Mitch Flaherty went down with one minute left and had to be take on the field in a golf cart. The trainer was looking at his knee. Hopefully everything is ok with him. Would be a shame to get an injury with 1 minute left in the last game of the year.
