in a recent valentine's survey 79% of men stated that they are initially attracted to women with pretty eyes. if that's so, why isn't there a national restaurant chain named "pupils"?

those in the 79 percentile are either married or "severely" attached...allowing for the pc response. :^o

i raise my glass to the spygirls' midriffs........ \:D/

Believe me, if I did, women and children would trample each other as they ran screaming from the building. Queequeg would break out the harpoons.

Game day. Well Grizz, all the talk of "you" dancing around got me thinking. Maybe the Stealth should do some halftime entertainment with "waist challanged" men doing belly dancing or something funny. They could have a minimum weight required to enter (225 lbs.+?). Maybe you would appreciate what the Spy Girls do on game day a little more after dancing in front of the crowd. I will send my suggestion to Johnny on Monday. I have attended the Long Beach Grand Prix for many years and they have a great tradition there. On race morning, Bruce Flanders (famous race announcer and So. Cal. resident) host an "ugly Hawaiian shirt" contest that is a kick in the pants. Guys bust out the cheapest, butt ugly shirts they can find (along with grass skirts, funny hats etc.) and do a dance for the crowd in the main grandstand.

Pretty disappointing showing by the Stealth last night. Led most of the game, but faded down the stretch. Kept trying to beat the Swarm's goalie 5-hole, but it didn't work. Stealth had more shots, two fewer goals, despite nice game by Cosmo, who's a quality keeper. The Stealth took more shots, but couldn't put the Swarm away -- they kept hanging around, until they'd hung aroung ahead at the end.

Stealth musta won 75% of the face offs. Great improvement from last week.

Swarm goalie was great, although he had 3 failed clears in a row late in the game.

Stealth also seemed to be hustling a bit more than usual.

New goalie got a few minutes in. He moves well........

Did the rule change to eliminate body checks????????

A previous posting on this tread talked about the Stealth - Sharks double headers on 2/2 and 2/9. I was able to make both games on 2/2 and had a great time. Quick news flash. There is another double header coming up this month. The Stealth have a 12:00 home game on Saturday 3/22 which is followed by a 7:30 Sabercats game. BTW, the 12:00 start time for the 3/22 game is a change from the original 1:00 time that was posted and was shown on season tickets printed back in December. See you at "the tank".
