Thanks for posting updates. Sorry to see Santa Clara fall short in the tournament, but congratulations on an excellent season.

Cal Poly 11 Michigan 5

Tomorrow Poly plays UCSB. Santa Barbara won the WWLL Div II Title, defeating Poly 11-12 in OT. The winner of this match will go on to the championship on Saturday. Should be an amazing game!

Thx for updates all. Please keep us posted. What a heartbreaker is was watching Poly's lead against UCSB slip away at Chico. Both teams played their hearts out. It was a great game to watch, but tough loss for Poly. I thought the game was theirs until UCSB went possession crazy with 4 mins left. They just over-powered the midfield and defense and it was quicksand for Poly from there on. Tomorrow should be great rematch - sorry I'm not there to witness in person. Good Luck POLY. NOW DO THIS THING :!:

Wish I was there for that one. After two tough losses to ucsb, this must be one sweet victory for poly women. And in dramatic way too in o/t - wow!! wtg ladies - nice job, but you're not done.........

Cal Poly lost to Colorado State today in the championship game 8-5. After 7 straight titles, it certainly was a heartbreaker. They certainly had a good showing overall, I think there was a lot of doubts about how sucessful the team would be this year with coaching changes and the loss of some key players, but they still made it to the championship game and should be proud. Sorry I don't have any details of the game, if I hear anything I'll pass them on. Congratulations to Colorado State for an outstanding season!
